Q. How long does it take for a custom order to be produced?
A. Our policy is completion within 10 business days from the date of your (customer) signature and final approval of all art and imprintables specs (including styles, sizes and colors of garments).
Q. Once an order has been placed can I modify or change the order?
A. If we have not begun production, an order can be modified - depending on the changes the order may then be re-scheduled which could cause a delay in completion.
Q. Once my order is completed, can I reorder more pieces?
A. We will also accept re-orders. As a rule, screen printing minimums are 12 pieces and embroidery re-orders can be as low as one piece. We try to keep customer screens up and available for 3-5 business days following production so that any re-orders placed within that time will not be subject to a set-up fee. Re-orders placed after that period will be subject to a minor set up fee.
Q. Can I cancel my order?
A. You can cancel your order before we begin production but will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Q. Can I bring in a hand drawing and have it reproduced on a garment?
A. Our art department can work with you on any design; however, if your artwork is not in a camera ready format there will be art charges as we work with you on the design. Please see our section on art approval which will help you to understand the art process in screen printing and embroidery.
